Michele Koebke is the woman with a 16-inch waist. She managed to go from a 25-inch (64cm) waist to a shrunk 21-inches (54 cm) by wearing corsets for three years, as Barcroft TV reported.
Michele Koebke claimed she only takes off the corset to take a shower. This is what Michele Koebke said: “I started binding at the end of 2009. I can bind [my waist] down to 41 cm (16 in). I want to get to 38 cm (14.9 in).”
She said that her health is very good and she only struggles eating big meals and opted for eating 10 small meals a day.
